Lukáš Latinák caught a curious thing: He published a PHOTO directly from the housing estate! Crazy what people can do

Shared electric scooters brought the promise of modern and ecological transportation to the capital. However, along with them, serious negatives also emerged. In addition to the blocking of roads and sidewalks, residents are increasingly troubled by violations of public order – for example, excessively noisy security alarms that often go off in the middle of the night.

Reality in the streets of Bratislava often resembles an obstacle course. Badly parked machines force pedestrians to make risky maneuvers. Because of them, pedestrians are forced to take risks and walk directly under the wheels of cyclists or onto the road between cars.

Scooters end up thrown in the grass, hit the road or recklessly block the center of sidewalks and bike paths, thereby endangering the safety of citizens. Although e-scooters are a common part of urban life, their operation runs into limits.

The city police regularly draws attention to frequent violations of the rules. If the scooter restricts others, the law enforcement officers contact the operator or put it in a safer place. The Ministry of the Interior is currently preparing changes to the law to make the use of e-scooters stricter and introduce clearer rules.

Lukáš Latinák drew attention to a curious phenomenon

He did not avoid bizarre situations in the streets of the capital Slovak actor Lukáš Latinák. He drew attention to the mess and chaos with parking in his own way when you noticed a truly unusual phenomenon in one of the Bratislava estates. “Finally, they planted scooters here too! One has already given birth,” he said with humor on Wednesday, March 4, on Instagram.

He also attached a photo of a tree on which two suspended scooters literally “grew” to the post. Since they were nowhere near stopped according to the rules, someone apparently decided to solve the obstacle on the sidewalk in a radical and really strange way. Whether the scooters were bothering someone or it was the recession, the result is a picture that accurately illustrates the current scooter chaos in the city. PHOTO can be found in the gallery.
