Wesley Vissers says he can beat Ramon Dino at Olympia – 03/17/2026 – Muscle

Current champion of the Arnold Classic Ohio, Wesley Vissers said this Monday (16) that he believes in a possible victory against Ramon Dino at Olympia, the main world bodybuilding championship.

At the time, the Dutch bodybuilder gave an interview to the podcast channel Beyond The Stage TV. When asked about his confidence in a possible title at Olympia 2026, he was direct: “It’s something I believe in 100%. What I think is different now (compared to the last time he participated in the championship, when Chris Bumstead held first place) is the fact that I’ve already beaten the current champion before.”

Vissers referred to the 2024 Arnold Classic Ohio, where he was champion by unexpectedly overcoming the Brazilian. “There is a big difference (in my physique) between the time I beat Ramon and today. Of course, he has also evolved a lot since that championship, but I think his evolution in that time was less than my evolution”, said the athlete.

After spending the 2025 season away from the spotlight, the Dutchman returned to prominence in 2026 after showing improvements in his physique and scoring two consecutive victories. A week after winning the Arnold Classic Ohio, he was champion of the Detroit Pro and is currently preparing to compete in the Arnold Classic UK.

One of the experts’ biggest criticisms regarding Vissers’ physique was a supposed disproportion between his upper and lower limbs, which seems to have been minimized. In addition to being two-time champion of the Arnold Classic Ohio, the athlete has several titles in the professional league. His best Olympia placement came in 2023, when he came in seventh place.
