Asuncion/Brussels – Paraguay was the last country in the South American economic organization to ratify the Mercosur agreement with the European Union. The Paraguayan Chamber of Deputies voted unanimously in favor of ratification on Tuesday. Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay had previously ratified the trade agreement.
