Former ORF-Chef
The public prosecutor’s office confirmed receipt of the statement of facts and is checking whether there is initial suspicion
Ex-ORF boss Roland Weißmann filed criminal charges against two people.
Vienna – After his resignation as ORF General Director, Roland Weißmann had his lawyer submit the previously announced statement of facts to the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office (StA). It is directed against two people, reported the “Krone”, which was confirmed to the STANDARD and the APA by StA Vienna spokeswoman Nina Bussek. Weißmann’s lawyer Norbert Wess did not want to comment on the criminal complaint when asked because the initial suspicion investigation by the StA is still ongoing.
