State deputy Emídio de Souza () will be coordinator of the former minister’s (PT) government program at Palácio dos Bandeirantes. The definition took place this Monday (23), in a meeting between the two.
“I accepted with great pride the task of coordinating the government program of our campaign for the Government of São Paulo. I would like to thank our pre-candidate for his trust and invite progressive activists to join the effort to build an innovative program for our state”, stated Emídio.
Former mayor of Osasco, in Greater São Paulo, Emídio is one of the party’s most experienced members in the state and one of those closest to President Lula.
Other key positions in the candidacy had already been defined. The campaign will be coordinated by the party’s state president, Kiko Celeguim, while the marketer will be Otavio Antunes.
