An American jury rejected OpenAI’s lawsuit this Monday. The ruling, issued by a federal court in Oakland, California, considers that the artificial intelligence startup did not betray its general public benefit mission by transforming into a for-profit company. The Tesla founder denounced that Altman took advantage of his initial contributions to create OpenAI from a non-profit company to one that sought to make money.
