The judge decrees provisional imprisonment without bail for the two people
The parents of a baby just over a month old have been arrested and are provisionally imprisoned. The decision has been made by position number 1 of the Violence against Children and Adolescents section of the Barcelona Court of Instance, as reported by .
The baby has been placed under the guardianship of the Generalitat, the General Directorate of Prevention and Protection of Children and Adolescents (DGPPIA, formerly DGAIA).
As reported by the TSJC, the two parents have been in a situation of provisional detention without bail since last Friday, when the facts became known.
