The Brazilian Football Confederation drew the games for the fifth phase of the Copa do Brasil on Monday afternoon (23).
The 32 teams alive in the tournament were divided into two pots according to the CBF National Club Ranking (RNC).
Two new developments stand out at this stage. The 20 clubs competing in Série A of the Brasileirão will debut in the knockout tournament. Furthermore, those classified for the next phase will be defined in round-trip games.
The clashes in the fifth phase of the Copa do Brasil should take place on April 22nd and 23rd (outbound) and May 13th and 14th (return).
