The competition formula is significantly different from the traditional form of ski jumping. The teams’ task is to achieve a total score of 1,000 meters in eight jumps as accurately as possible. No marks for style, no conversions for wind or changing the starting beam. Every meter matters, and the team’s strategy and choice of the moment of the jump can determine victory. What matters most is the distance and… a spectacular flight. At the start there will be teams led by real ski jumping legends and eternal rivals: Adam Małysz, Janne Ahonen, Martin Schmitt, Thomas Morgenstern and Andreas Goldberger.
