Notice foresees reserving 5% of places for transgender and transvestite students; salaries reach up to R$3,000
The TJBA (Court of Justice of Bahia) launched a notice for the selection process to form a reserve list of interns. The document provides for reservation of places for trans students, black and indigenous people and people with disabilities. The selection is carried out in partnership with the Business-School Integration Center.
The objective is to form a pool of candidates to fill paid internship positions at the court. Selection will take place through objective online tests. The partnership with CIEE allows for a structured conduct of the process and application of quotas that promote the inclusion of minority groups.
The notice includes undergraduate and postgraduate students. Those registered through the quota system compete simultaneously for open competition positions. The closing date for registrations has not been announced.
