Berlin – In the appeal process surrounding a malicious comment by the satirist Sebastian Hotz alias El Hotzo about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, the Berlin Court of Appeal has confirmed the acquittal of the lower court. The public prosecutor’s appeal was rejected. This means that the finding remains valid that the 30-year-old self-proclaimed internet clown is not guilty of condoning a crime or disturbing the public peace.
