The minister, of the (Supreme Court), ordered the Military Police of the Federal District this Saturday (28) to shoot down and seize drones that fly over within a radius of 100 meters of (PL’s) house. The order also provides for the arrest of equipment operators without arrest.
This Friday (27), after authorization from Moraes, the former president was discharged from the hospital where he had been admitted for the last few days and returned to house arrest. The residence is in a gated community.
According to Moraes’ decision, the Military Police “reported irregular use” of drones in the vicinity of the site this Friday.
Moraes authorized temporary humanitarian house arrest for the former president for an initial period of 90 days, counting from the date of his medical discharge, to recover from bronchopneumonia.
