“This is something I’ve always dreamed of in life: playing in these big stadiums, having fans like that by my side and feeling this atmosphere. Now, I feel like I’m living that dream”, he said.

With the title, Sabalenka joined the select group of tennis players who followed in the same season.

“It’s going to be very difficult to overcome this month in my life. A puppy, Sunshine Double. Yeah, it seems surreal, right?”, he celebrated, distributing smiles.

Sinner also chases the Sunshine Double in Miami
The Miami Open continues until this Sunday (29), when there will be the men’s final of the Masters 1000 between the Italian Jannik Sinner, the big favorite, and the Czech underdog Jiri Lehecka. The departure will be at 4pm (Brasília time).
If he confirms his favoritism and wins the title, Sinner will also reach the Sunshine Double for the first time.
