The next dates of the main hearing are set for April 1 and 2 at the Specialized Criminal Court in Banská Bystrica.

David Lindtner he is accused of the crime of interfering with the independence of the court and the offense of indirect corruption from the period when he was still serving as the president of the Bratislava III District Court.

The prosecutor filed an indictment against David Lindtner in July 2022. The single judge of the ŠTS rejected it, but the prosecutor filed a complaint against it, which was decided by the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.
