Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday that United States plans to implement regime change in Iran and Venezuela are aimed at gaining more control over oil and gas resources.
Lavrov said the United States and Israel do not want normalization between Iran and its neighbors, and warned that the war in the Middle East could turn into a broader conflict.
