President Donald Trump sent a message, which takes place this Wednesday (1st). He took the opportunity to “extol the supremacy” of the United States on national territory and in space.
“We are WINNING, in space, on Earth, and everywhere in between—economically, militarily, and now, BEYOND THE STARS. No one comes close! The United States doesn’t just compete, it DOMINATES, and the entire world is watching. God bless our incredible astronauts, God bless NASA, and God bless the greatest nation that ever existed, the United States of America!” Trump said.
Despite the statement, on Earth Trump is facing problems, including a new sharp drop in his approval rating regarding his management of the economy, according to a search for CNN.
While Trump celebrates the bravery of the astronauts who intend to travel around the Moon and back, hours after the launch he will deliver an “important message” about the progress of the war with Iran.

Artemis II
The Artemis II mission, which will take four astronauts back to lunar orbit after more than 50 yearsis scheduled to be released this Wednesday (1st), at 7:25 pm, Brasília time. The launch of the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket takes place at the Kennedy Space Center, in Florida, United States.
Estimated duration of ten daysArtemis II will follow a “figure eight” shaped trajectory, skirting the far side of the Moon. After two initial orbits around the Earth, the spacecraft will be propelled towards the natural satellite on a free return trajectory, in which lunar gravity will guarantee the path back without the need for complex maneuvers.
At the point of closest approach, the astronauts will be able to observe the Moon in an apparent size similar to that of a basketball seen at arm’s length. The mission does not provide landing on the lunar surface. The main objective is to test, for the first time with humans on board, the Orion spacecraft’s systems, such as life support, navigation, communication and the performance of the heat shield during re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.
