IFRC is the only humanitarian group that works across the country and has 100,000 first responders. Three of them have been killed since Israeli and American attacks began in the country on February 28.
The head of delegation to Iran told Reuters on Thursday (2) that medical needs were increasing exponentially and that supplies could become scarce.
