The former president’s defense (PL) sent a medical report to the (Supreme Federal Court) indicating the need for surgery on the politician’s right shoulder.
The document, signed by doctor Brasil Ramos Caiado, points to pain in the region and movement limitations.

Bolsonaro was sentenced to a sentence of 27 years and 3 months in an initial closed regime. Since March 24, he has been under temporary humanitarian house arrest to recover from bronchopneumonia.
Surveillance in the region where he is serving his sentence was reinforced after unauthorized flights over the property were recorded.
