A forwarded to records of transfers from for law firms and consulting companies linked to political figures. The operations took place between 2022 and 2025 and total tens of millions of reais.
Among the recipients of payments are offices and companies linked to (MDB), (União Brasil), (União Brasil-BA), (PSDB-GO), Guido Mantega, the former president of and the former Minister of Justice and Public Security
The records, to which the Poder360 had access, they also signal transfers to companies belonging to the Massa Group, owned by the family of the governor of Paraná, (PSD), and BN Financeira, owned by Bonnie Bonilha, daughter-in-law of the senator r (PT-BA), leader of the president’s government (PT) not Senate.
The transfers were carried out in the context of service provision contracts with Banco Master, founded by Daniel Vorcaro. The politicians and businessmen mentioned state that the amounts received correspond to services actually provided.
Henrique Meirelles, former president of the Central Bank in Lula’s first terms, former holder of Michel Temer’s Treasury, received R$18.5 million from 2024 to 2025. According to Meirelles, he maintained a consultancy services contract on macroeconomics and financial markets with the bank, “in an opinionated manner”, between March 2024 and July 2025.
Pollaris Consultoria, owned by Guido Mantega, received R$14 million from 2024 to 2025. Poder360 contacted the former minister, but there was no response until the publication of this report.
Michel Temer’s law firm received R$10 million in 2025. Temer received 2 payments, R$5 million and R$2.5 million.
Two offices of Antônio Rueda, national president of União Brasil, have received R$6.4 million since 2023. Poder360 contacted the advisor to the president of União Brasil, but there was no response until the publication of this report.
MV Projetos e Consultoria, owned by Marconi Perillo, former governor of Goiás and former president of the PSDB, received R$14.5 million between 2022 and 2025. Perillo presided over the from November 2023 to November 2025.
Massa Intermediação, by the presenter father of the governor of Paraná, received R$21 million from 2022 to 2025. Gralha Azul Empreendimentos e Participações, which belongs to received R$3 million in 2022. This digital newspaper contacted the company, but there was no response until the publication of this report.
BN Financeira, owned by Bonnie Bonilha, Jaques Wagner’s daughter-in-law, received R$12 million from 2022 to 2025. BN Financeira says it provided services to Master by issuing an invoice, between 2022 and 2025. Jaques Wagner received R$268,674.30 as an individual.
A received at least R$6.1 million in payments starting in November 2023. Ricardo Lewandowski is a former Minister of the Supreme Court and Justice in the Lula government. To the Poder360the former minister’s advisor stated that he returned to law after leaving the in April 2023, and retired from the office when he took over the Ministry of Justice the following year. The office became controlled by his family.
A company owned by ACM Neto, former mayor of Salvador and pre-candidate for the government of Bahia, received R$5.45 million from 2023 to 2025.
WF Comunicação, by Fabio Wajngarten, former Secretary of Social Communication of the government of (PL), received at least R$3.8 million from the bank in 2025.
Wajngarten stated that he was introduced to Vorcaro in the first half of 2025 through the former banker’s lawyers and became part of the defense team, of which he has been part to date. The contract has a confidentiality clause and has therefore not been made public. “Furthermore, I am no longer even politically exposed, as I left any public office more than 5 years ago”concluded Wajngarten when Poder360.
Federal Revenue records show that Master also paid around R$80 million in 2024 and 2025 to the office by the wife of the STF minister Viviane Barci de Moraes. THE Poder360 contacted Viviane, but did not receive a response until the publication of this report.
