The Superior Electoral Court marked the resumption of the trial of the former governor of Roraima, (PP), for next Tuesday (April 14, 2026).
He is accused of abuse of political and economic power in the 2022 elections. There are 2 votes for impeachment. The trial had been suspended in November 2025 after a request for a review from Minister Nunes Marques.
The agenda notice took place this Thursday (April 9), a few hours after the president of the Court, Cármen Lúcia, announced her departure from the presidency.
