What France and Belgium have had for a long time is now also available in Austria: particularly powerful charging stations for electric cars, using the so-called HYC-1000 technology. The first charging station of this type has been located near Völkermarkt in Carinthia since Good Friday, on the A2 motorway. This means that they offer the fastest publicly accessible charging points in Austria, according to the company Electra, which built the station.
