It doesn’t work without customer contact: The online savings and investment platform Trade Republic is now offering all customers personal customer service. Users can reach the bank by phone and live chat. The service is available in the app 24 hours a day, seven days a day. According to its own information, Trade Republic has invested a double-digit million amount in the past six months. The money flowed into the new infrastructure, product development and the training of more than 1,000 service agents who can help customers directly with any questions they may have in eight languages.
