In the images, captured by his wife, the Brazilian head of state appears in the gym training in the early hours of the morning, revealing a physical condition that many considered impressive for his age. According to what was shared, Lula starts the day at around 6:00 am, with around 45 minutes on the treadmill, then moving on to exercises such as squats.
During the video, the president himself leaves a curious and ambitious message: “To reach 120 years old, you need to have discipline”, highlighting the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyle habits.
