Why did the first winner refuse to dance in Let’s Dance now? Violet openly: It wouldn’t even be safe for me anymore…

The sixth round of the dance show Let’s Dance on was carried on in a very pleasant spirit. Right at the start of the broadcast, moderators Janka Kovalčiková and Adam Bardy announced that no one would be eliminated in that round, which made everyone very happy. The dancing couples chose the charity organizations to which they dedicated their dance, while the Markíza Foundation donated 5,000 euros to each of them. In addition, the professional dancers were replaced by prominent personalities from previous years.

However, Zuzana Fialová (51), the first ever winner from 2006, sat down in the jury chair, where she replaced the professional Laura Arcolinová. Why didn’t she put on her dancing shoes and join her colleagues?

“I am very grateful that I received the offer, but my idea of what my dance should look like doesn’t mesh with my body’s physical capabilities. And that’s why I really think it looks better when young people dance,” she explained her decision to TV Markíza and continued.

“I immediately said no, and Pepe said no, no… And we were stretching a bit. I also have some injuries and a few pieces of metal in my body that don’t belong there. It wouldn’t even be safe for me anymore. I didn’t want to be just a revival, but also to dance well. I wouldn’t be able to find the position of a comedian in it. I wanted to win by dancing and I don’t know if I would be able to throw myself into making myself a complete ‘fly’ with that movement,” laughed Fialová at the end.
