The eleventh season of the marquee dance show with the title Let’s Dance: The Best of the Best started on Sunday, March 8. On the dance floor in the sixth round on April 12, Ján Koleník, Jakub Jablonský, Kristián Baran, Nela Pocisková, Gabika Marcinková and Zuzana Porubjaková performed. They were joined by the eliminated stars of the show.
The live broadcast full of dance legends was watched in Incheba by well-known faces from Markíza and many other invited guests. For Koktejl.sk, the eliminated contestant Juraj Mokrý, who was accompanied by his girlfriend Eva Maštalírová, spoke to the singer Vanessa Šarközi.
How does he remember training with his dance partner Natália Glosíková? Mokrý once again lived up to his reputation and brought a good dose of his typical humor to the interview.
“But no, you have to devote 10 minutes to it every day, and the worst thing is to move as if from point A to point B and not be late. And those results are then also like how much a person dedicates to it. Such a Koleník is at his best, and even then on the floor it looks like it’s all for desin. Both in my 20s and in my 30s, but I wasn’t able to give it as much as Janko.” he joked, making his girlfriend laugh. Both admitted that they were a bit caught by the disease.
Juraj Mokrý dropped out on Easter Sunday, did he go to the traditional sibička the next day? “Well, Easter was very… it was after Sunday, so I didn’t even register it. I was happy to be lying down and it started to culminate in me, well. So, so sadder. When a person is healthy, he cannot be sick, and when a person is sick, he cannot be healthy, and vice versa. And the topping – that’s already behind us. Today it is no longer like that, it is already “old fashioned”. So, family members and so on, man and man fight each other as much as possible, but little by little this custom, tradition seems to be disappearing,” explained the ex-moderator and entertainer.
So he doesn’t even go to pour and whip much. Even then, he had an original comment. “Only to the zoological ostrich, so that they can prepare Rošková’s feathers for some other outfit that she will wear in the finals,” he remarked jokingly to Janko Koleník’s dance partner. Last year she won the dance show alongside Kristián Baran.
