The president of Ricardo Alban came out in defense of the appointment of , a lawyer at , to occupy a vacancy in the Federal Supreme Court.
Alban justifies the choice, including Messias’ role in building a business environment and transparency.
Legal uncertainty, says the president, is the main obstacle today to attracting investments and creating jobs.
“We need to think and plan the country. That’s why we have defended a project called Brazil 2050, one of whose pillars is the uncompromising defense of legal security to attract investments”, says Alban.
Appointed by Lula, Messiah (Constitution and Justice Committee) of the Senate on the 28th. The expectation is that his name will be put to a vote in the plenary on the same day.
