US plans to reduce drug prices finalized

New York/Indianapolis (Indiana)/Thousand Oaks (California) – The US government has now concluded an agreement with the US company Regeneron to reduce drug prices. A total of 17 large pharmaceutical companies have agreed to the initiative. The goal is to bring costs for US patients in line with the lower levels of other industrialized nations.
