The Genial/Quaest survey was carried out among 1,482 voters in Minas Gerais through home interviews from April 22 to 26 and has a margin of error of three percentage points.

The confidence level is 95%. The research was registered under number MG-08646/2026.

Unlike Simões and Gabriel, the other main names in the survey have not yet declared themselves as pre-candidates for the Government.

In three of them, Roscoe does not appear.

The former president of Fiemg could be launched by the PL to guarantee a platform in the state for the presidential candidacy of Flávio Bolsonaro (PL), if other alliance opportunities for the party in Minas are frustrated.

In the scenario without Kalil and Roscoe’s candidacy, Cleitinho leads with 35%, followed by Pacheco (11%). Then appear Simões (5%), Ben Mendes (4%), Rocha (4%) and Gabriel (3%).

The name of the Republicans also appears with 46% against 13% for Simões and has 45% compared to 13% for Roscoe.

Two other scenarios considered were a dispute between Pacheco and Simões, in which the senator scores 30% against 17% for the current governor.

Between Kalil and Simões, there is an advantage for the current occupant of Palácio Tiradentes, 28% to 18%.
