Fux leads the ranking with 68 votes in the plenary; Messias arrives at the CCJ with 15 in favor and needs at least 41 in the plenary
A (Constitution and Justice Committee) of the Senate votes, this Wednesday (April 29, 2026), on the 11th nomination of the president (PT) to l. The appointment of the Minister of Union General Attorney’s Office, has 15 votes in favor and 8 against in the collegiate body. If approved, the name will go directly to the Upper House plenary to be voted on by all senators.
