Funicular da Graça returns to circulation this Thursday after seven months closed

The Graça funicular, in Lisbon, will return to circulation on Thursday and will operate every day, between 9am and 5pm, the company announced this Wednesday. adding that opening hours will be extended in the coming weeks.

“The Graça Funicular can be used by Navegante pass holders. Occasional passengers can purchase the on-board fare, applied to this type of equipment, of 4.30 euros and which allows for two trips”, added the public transport company.

In the statement, the company also indicated that it will test the installation of a “queue management pilot, seeking to give priority access to frequent passengers, holders of the navigation pass”.
