Among voters in the state of Bahia, 51% believe that the governor Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT) deserves to be re-elected in 2026according to the research Brilliant/That’s it released this Wednesday (29). Of the total number of interviewees, 42% disagree regarding re-election, while 7% they don’t know or they haven’t responded.
In August 2025 there was a draw: 48% they said that Jerome deserved re-electionalso against 48% what they said not deserve. Others 4% who did not know or did not respond to the survey at the time.
In February 2025, 50% believed that the governor deserved re-election, while 44% disagreed and 6% who did not know or did not respond.
Methodology
A Brilliant/That’s it interviewed 1,200 voters from Bahiabetween the days April 23rd and 27ththrough face-to-face interview. The margin of error for the survey is 3 percentage pointsmore or less, with a confidence interval of 95%.
The research was commissioned by the Cool Bank and is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under the protocol BA-03657/2026.
