The city of Taubaté, one of the main economic hubs in the Paraíba Valley, in São Paulo, has a new residential project. Residencial Tulle, the new complex, will be built in the Jardim Santa Tereza neighborhood, which stands out for its logistical connection and proximity to major employment centers.
The project occupies an area of more than 23 thousand m² on Avenida Cristiano Dias da Cunha, where the 320 residential units will be distributed in 20 blocks.
Strategic location and proximity to industrial hubs
The choice of Jardim Santa Tereza reflects a tendency to search for . The development is positioned close to key roads, such as Avenida Dom Pedro I and Estrada Prefeito Guido Mine, in addition to offering easy access to the Presidente Dutra, Floriano Peixoto and Carlos Pedroso da Silveira highways.
The surrounding infrastructure is complete, with health units, schools such as EMIEF Docelina Silva de Campos, and retail options that range from wholesalers such as Max Atacadista and Supermercado Shibata to leisure centers Taubaté Shopping and Via Vale Garden Shopping.

The residential has two-bedroom apartments (40.82 m²), including options with private areas and adaptable units for people with disabilities (PwDs).

According to Igor Carvalho, manager of MRV in Vale do Paraíba, the launch reinforces the construction company’s alignment with the program in areas of urban expansion.
“The objective is to offer solutions that combine security and convenience in regions with strong commercial activity and demand for mobility”, he states.
With more than 300 thousand inhabitants, according to the 2022 IBGE Census, Taubaté has been attracting investments that seek to meet the growing demand for housing in strategic regions, especially for those who want to get out of rent.
