Platform deleted the Bruno Aiub Show profile for violating guidelines; defense says there is no new blocking order from the STF
YouTube took down influencer Bruno Monteiro Aiub’s new channel, Monark, this Friday (May 1, 2026). The account was removed a few days after the account was taken to social media, in a video published last Sunday (April 26).
The newly launched profile on the platform had been named “Bruno Aiub Show”. According to the influencer’s defense, the channel had only one published video, which consisted of a tour of the studio in preparation for future interviews, which had not yet started.
Despite the absence of political content in the new material, the defense reports that YouTube removed the page alleging violations of community guidelines.
In a position note, the lawyers state that they were not notified of any new court order issued by the STF (Supreme Federal Court) against Monark. They point out that the previous restrictions had been revoked in February 2025 by Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
In light of the block, Monark reported that he has already filed an internal administrative appeal against YouTube’s decision to remove his new channel. The content creator declared that he awaits the official response from the technology company to evaluate the appropriate measures, with the aim of guaranteeing his rights and respect for legislation.
To date, the video platform has not publicly commented on the case.
FEDERAL POLICE REPORT
While the defense denies the existence of new blocking orders, a new report prepared by the PF (Federal Police) was sent to the Supreme Court. The document points out that the influencer maintained a pattern of public statements attacking the Brazilian electoral system and the Court’s ministers.
The police text indicates that Monark continued to question the fairness and security of electronic voting machines. The material was delivered to Minister Alexandre de Moraes on Wednesday afternoon (29 April). The movement is part of the investigation that investigates possible disobedience to court decisions by the digital influencer.
CHANGE IN MPSP
In addition to the new digital ban, Monark faces a legal setback related to its past. In April this year, the MPSP (Public Ministry of São Paulo) changed its position and once again called for the influencer’s conviction due to speeches made in 2022 about Nazism.
Prosecutor Ricardo Manuel Castro now defends that the influencer pays compensation worth R$4 million. The financial penalty is requested as a result of the episode in which the influencer defended, during the Flow Podcast broadcast, that the Nazi party should be recognized by Brazilian law.
The statement resulted in his dismissal from the program and the breaking of contracts with major sponsors at the time.
The prosecutor’s new request contradicts a recent decision by the body itself. On March 31, 2026, the MPSP had withdrawn the public civil action against Monark. On that occasion, the Public Ministry assessed that the statements were part of an abstract and mistaken defense of freedom of expression.
In the updated document, Castro states that the MPSP is retracting its previous statement. He requests that the request for dismissal be dismissed by the judge, based on the evidence presented during the judicial process.
O Poder360 contacted Bruno Aiub’s defense to request an official position, but received no response. In case of return, the report will be updated.
