The singer Netinho59, was diagnosed again with Cancer. He shared the news on social media this Saturday (9). The artist had been in remission from the disease since 2025.
According to the singer, tests carried out to treat a kidney problem indicated the return of cancer, a type of cancer that originates in the lymphatic system. He is admitted to Hospital Aliança Star, in Salvador.
The issue has not yet been defined and the artist declared that he is under medical care, awaiting biopsy results. According to Netinho, the procedure is expected to take place on Sunday (10).
“And here I go, firm and strong, in yet another challenge placed on my path by God to continue designing myself the way I always asked Him!”, he wrote in a post on social media.
In a video, he thanked his fans for their support and said he was optimistic. “I’m going to show everyone how human beings can overcome difficulties with positivity in their minds and joy. Head high!”, declared the singer.
