Patsch – On Friday afternoon in Patsch (Innsbruck-Land district), a 40-year-old man crashed his tractor around 100 meters onto the train tracks of the Brenner line while doing forestry work, was thrown out of the driver’s cab and was seriously injured. A Railjet traveling towards Innsbruck collided with the tractor. However, the train did not derail and no one was injured.
