Reese Witherspoon e Selma Blair held a small meeting “Legally Blonde” and moved the web. The meeting of the stars of the film released in 2001 awakened the nostalgia of fans, who consider the film a classic of romantic comedies from the 2000s.
Selma released photos of the two together and wrote: “Almost 30 years enchanted by this ray of sunshine! Catching up on the conversation made my week much happier. I love you so much, Reese! Elle and Vivian in 2026!”
Witherspoon responded to her friend’s message of affection and also commented, referring to the characters’ friendship: “Elle and Vivian forever!”.
The actresses played the characters and Vivian Kensington, who go from rivals to friends in the plot of the first film in the franchise. The film’s cast also features names like Luke Wilson, Matthew Davis, Victor Garber, Jennifer Coolidge, Holland Taylor, Linda Cardellini, Oz Perkins and more.
The film follows the story of preppy Elle Woods, who, after ending a relationship, decides to show her ex that she is more than just a pretty face. The protagonist then passes Harvard Law School, the same college he attends.

Prequel to the franchise returns to theaters after 25 years
“Elle”the prequel to the blockbuster “Legally Blonde”gained exclusive images and an official teaser this Wednesday (6). Produced by Prime Video, the series premieres in more than 240 countries in July 1st and it’s already renewed for a second season.
In the first season, the series follows Elle Woods in high schoolshowing the life experiences that shaped her into the iconic young woman known in the film released in the early 2000s.
