Inside this book I provide some inspiration for preparation. When you go to play in a World Cup, a championship, you do a pre-season. It’s like planning a company. There are players who are not good, they don’t renew their contracts, there are employees who didn’t produce, they go to another team. It was an inspiration in what I experienced. How to change a game in 15 minutes, how to see the environment, the importance of feeling the environment you are in, arriving early, having a work ritual, a life ritual and listening when you make mistakes.

In these 15 post-career years, I have shaped myself as a man. I believe a lot in people.
