Former English footballer David Beckham and his wife Victoria, former member of the band Spice Girls and current successful businesswoman, have seen their fortune increase significantly, joining the club of British billionaires, according to an annual ranking published this Friday (15) by The Sunday Times.
In 2025, the couple’s fortune reached £1.18 billion (R$7.8 billion), “thanks to successful investments in football, food and beverages, the real estate sector and fashion”, details the renowned British newspaper.
A year earlier, the couple’s assets had been valued at £500 million (R$3.18 billion), boosted especially by the investments made in recent years by the former captain of the England team at Inter Miami, a football club in the United States with which Argentine Lionel Messi renewed his contract until 2028.
The fashion brand Victoria Beckham, launched in 2008 and making a loss for a long time, recorded revenues in excess of £100 million (R$637 million), according to the newspaper.
The Sunday Times’ annual ranking brings together the 350 richest people and families in the United Kingdom across different sectors.
