The start of the second semifinal almost felt like compensation for the rather mixed Tuesday. As Viktoria Swarovski and Michael Ostrowski right at the beginning of JJ Wasted Love and everything goes wrong in a slapstick manner, the humor actually works for the first time. Also included is the later break filler I’m So Excited from the Pointer Sisters is pleasantly self-deprecating and this time not embarrassing.
