Jannik Sinner wins unprecedented title at Masters 1000 in Rome

Jannik Sinner reached more important milestones on the ATP circuit. The Italian tennis player won the Rome Masters 1000 on Casper Ruud, by 2 sets to 0, with a double 6/4 for the first time in his career.

The result made him the first tennis player to win six consecutive Masters 1000s, and the first Italian to win the tournament on home soil since Adriano Panatta in 1976.
