The website Intercept Brasil revealed that the senator (RJ), pre-candidate for the Presidency of the Republic for , maintained contact with the then owner of , , for whom . One day before the former banker’s arrest, in November 2025, Flávio sent messages to Vorcaro demanding installments of the funds.

Go Up, producer of the film in honor of the former president (PL), has as managing partner Karina Gama, who controls other companies or entities in the cultural sector benefiting from public funds. She claims that the film about Bolsonaro did not receive money from Vorcaro, Master or Brazilian investors.

The Instituto Saber Brasil, chaired by Karina, appears to be the beneficiary of three mandatory amendments (of mandatory execution) from state deputies. State deputy Lucas Bove (PL), who, like Valéria, is part of the Bolsonarist bench in São Paulo, tried to send R$213,000 to the Instituto Saber Brasil to carry out a sports project in 2025, but the amendment was not paid due to a technical impediment.

According to the Government of São Paulo, these impediments generally concern non-compliance with deadlines, absence of an engineering project or environmental license, failure to present documents, among others.

Bove told the reporter that he canceled the amendment, intended for a project with children, due to a lack of documentation from the institution. “I received a project that seemed interesting for the area of education, but I redirected the resource due to the lack of documents from the proponent”, he said in a note.

This year, state deputy Luiz Fernando (PT) allocated R$190,000 to the institute, but the amendment has not yet been committed. The purpose of the funding is to carry out cultural projects, according to data from the transparency portal.

Wanted by Sheetthe PT deputy’s office says that a theater group requested the amendment and indicated the Instituto conhecimento Brasil to receive it. The press office states that the deputy has been sending, since 2015, amendments to support cultural theater projects with classes and acquisition of equipment. “It was with this intention that we were approached by the local group that recommended the aforementioned NGO to us”, he says.

Another Bolsonaro state deputy who contributed amendments was Gil Diniz (PL), a former advisor to Eduardo.

In 2025, Gil Diniz used an amendment of R$200,000 to finance the documentary series “National Heroes – children of Brazil that does not surrender”. The funds were sent to the ANC (National Academy of Culture), another company of which Karina is president. The money was paid in August of that year.

Gil and Valéria were contacted this Sunday (17) via WhatsApp messages, but did not respond until the report was published.

although Flávio said there was “zero public money” in his negotiation with Vorcaro, the network linked to the film’s producer received federal amendments to the PL, in addition to the state ones.

The Instituto Saber Brasil also received R$2 million in amendments from federal deputy Mario Frias (PL-SP), in 2025, for digital literacy and sports projects.

The ANC series on national heroes also had R$ 2.6 million in amendments allocated by deputies Marcos Pollon (PL-MS) and Bia Kicis (PL-DF), in addition to , then deputy for the PL of São Paulo, and , who held the mandate for the PL of Rio de Janeiro.

the money was transferred in 2024, through a Pix amendment, to the state of São Paulo and its final destination was the ANC.
