Firefighters from Čadka and Žilina intervened on the evening of Sunday (May 17) on the I/11 road in Krásno nad Kysucou in the event of a mass traffic accident involving five cars. As reported on the social network by the Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) in Žilina, a total of seven people were injured in the accident.

The traffic accident was reported to the fire department at 6:50 p.m. “Intervening members of HaZZ provided the injured persons with pre-medical first aid and helped to transport them to the vehicles of the emergency medical service provider,” the fire department approached the intervention.
It added that firefighters secured crashed cars against fire, helped load them onto towing service vehicles and cleaned the road.
