The offer of urban experiences in Lisbon hotels continues to gain new proposals, combining leisure, gastronomy and views of the city in a format designed for both guests and external visitors. In this context, one of the best-known attractions of a hotel in the capital is preparing to return at the beginning of June.

According to the portal, the red pool located on the rooftop of the Lumen hotel, in Lisbon, will open to the public again on June 1st, remaining available until mid-October. The space can be used between 8 am and 2 pm, with access limited to 15 passes per day, ensuring a controlled usage format.

Rooftop experience

According to the same source, access to the pool is part of the experience called “BreakPool”, which costs 30 euros and includes breakfast and towel. The offer also extends to visitors outside the hotel, reinforcing the concept of shared use of the space.

The rooftop is distinguished by the pool with a red bottom and the open view over Lisbon. According to the same source, the objective is to offer an urban leisure experience with a strong connection with the city’s surroundings, in a setting elevated above the capital.

Breakfast and additional options

The breakfast included in the ticket includes a cold drink, such as natural juice, detox juice or nectar, a hot option, such as toast, toast or bruschetta, and a hot drink with a choice of espresso, Americano, galão, milk or tea.

The publication adds that there is also the possibility of upgrading for 21 euros to access lunch at the Clorofila restaurant, on a buffet basis, available from Monday to Friday, with the exception of August.

Limited summer offer

The hotel highlights, cited by the same publication, that the experience is designed for a small number of daily visitors, reinforcing the limited nature of access. This capacity management aims to ensure a balanced use of space during the months of greatest demand.

The operating period extends throughout the summer and early autumn, following tourist and local demand for outdoor experiences in the city of Lisbon.

Hotel space and concept

As for the tourist development, it is known that the Lumen Hotel has 160 rooms, 13 of which are suites. All include glazed walls to maximize natural light and are decorated in three color palettes inspired by city light throughout the day.

According to NiT, daily rates at the hotel start at 134 euros, integrating a concept centered on light and the visual relationship with Lisbon, which also extends to the rooftop pool experience. The combination of accommodation, gastronomy and access to outdoor space has reinforced the search for this type of experience, especially in the hottest months in the capital.
