Rwampara/Geneva/Berlin – The World Health Organization (WHO) has upgraded the risk of national spread of the Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The risk level is now “very high” for the Congo, “high” for the region and “low” at the global level, said WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Friday. According to the WHO, there is no approved vaccine and no established treatment for the virus strain.
