A three-year-old boy was critically injured in a traffic accident in Vienna-Brigittenau on Saturday afternoon and later died in the hospital, as the ORF reports. As a spokeswoman for the state police department announced, the accident occurred at 12.30 p.m. in Hartlgasse. According to initial investigations, the boy was riding a scooter on the sidewalk when he was hit by a car in the area of a garage exit and knocked down.
