Actually, Danny K. doesn’t have to say anything. As a defendant before the Vienna Regional Court, he is allowed to refuse to testify. So when K. speaks, it should serve to defend himself. But at times during the negotiation it seems as if the self-proclaimed investor had not fully internalized this.
