All Brazilians who competed in the group stage advanced this far
Conmebol drew this Friday (29) the clashes for the round of 16 of the Copa Libertadores da América. The draw took place at the official headquarters of the confederation, in Luque, Paraguay.
At this stage, there are 16 teams that face each other in round-trip games. The teams with the best campaign in the group stage decide their matches at home. After this draw, the brackets are defined until the final in Montevideo, Uruguay, which takes place on November 28th.
In pot 1, there were the eight best classified, and, after being drawn, a team was chosen from pot 2, where the eight worst classified were. Teams from the same country can face each other, as well as those that have already played in the group stage.
