The AI doesn’t understand me. No, I don’t mean that in a psychological sense, that would probably be asking too much. She just doesn’t understand what my concern is, she is the electronic assistant and I have a simple question, one that could (theoretically) be answered with “yes” or “no”. The AI asks me to repeat the question, but it doesn’t help. She can’t help me. Later I receive an answer from an employee via SMS and at the same time via email. Has AI made life easier for anyone? No idea.
