Lula government is disapproved by 50% and approved by 43%, says survey

Real Time Big Data shows that the PT government is considered “good” by 14% of respondents and “terrible” by 27%

Real Time Big Data survey released this Monday (June 1, 2026) shows that the president’s government (PT) is approved by 43% of voters and disapproved by 50%. Read the (PDF – 10.4 MB).

The survey also asked how voters evaluate the PT administration. Here are the answers:

  • excellent – 14%;
  • bom – 14%;
  • regular – 25%;
  • roomy – 20%;
  • bad – 27%;
  • don’t know – 2%.

The survey was carried out by Real Time Big Data from May 29 to 30, 2026. 2,000 people aged 16 or over in Brazil were interviewed. The confidence interval is 95%. The margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus. The survey is registered with the Superior Electoral Court under code BR-05864/2026 and cost R$80,000 paid with its own resources.
