Washington – US President Donald Trump has suffered a partial defeat in his efforts to exclude trans people from the military. The US government should not remove those plaintiffs who went to court from active military service, an appeals court in Washington said on Monday. However, the ban will initially remain in force to give the government the opportunity to appeal.
